Need to know: Delegate Packages

There are two types of delegate packages with different fees:

  • Local delegate Package: students who reside inside the Kuala Lumpur area.
  • Travel Delegate package: students who will be travelling nationally and internationally to Kuala Lumpur to attend the conference.

International Flights will be arranged by our partner travel agency to ensure that our students and chaperones can travel together comfortably. To review the different international departure points and travel journeys, click here.

VISAS and travel insurance must be arranged and managed by individual families. You can use this site as an initial reference of potential requirements to enter Malaysia.

ISP will not be responsible for students VISAS or cancellations.

For students travelling nationally from different cities of Malaysia to Kuala Lumpur, schools will arrange transportation with families. Students will travel together with their chaperones.

Chaperones will accompany students who are travelling internationally. They will be supporting students throughout the trip, during the sightseeing days, the in-school conference and during their stay at the hotel.

We guarantee that your student will travel with a ISP chaperone from the meeting point in their country, but they may not be a representative from their school.
